The #RobotChallengeHT is a robotic competition organized by EMO-Haiti to introduce Haitian students to hands-on STEM experiences in a fun, interactive and practical way. The competition allows students to acquire and develop computer programming and problem solving skills. Through the #5in5 initiative, we aim to introduce 5,000 students to computer programming and robotics in the next 5 years.
EMO-Haiti strives to provide this experience to students at no cost to them. EMO-Haiti provides a robotic kit to each team free of charge. The registration is also free.

We use a custom-designed kit that contains all the elements that we believe are appropriate for our students in Haiti. We iterate over the design of the kit every year based on feedback from the students.
